For the safety and security of our soldiers , all families, individuals, and groups must submit an application. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent, guardian, adult leader, teacher, etc., fill out an application for you. Once your application is received, you will be mailed the name and address of your Soldier, with some helpful suggestions on what items to send and not to send, how to fill out a Customs Form, etc. Your information will not be shared with anyone other than your adopted Soldier.

We thank you in advance for all the kindness you will send to our U.S. Soldiers. By adopting a Soldier, you are promising to send morale lifting letters, cards and care packages. If you ever find that you can no longer fulfill this obligation, please notify us immediately.
