Kool Kollars Project
Tellico Village Community Church Crafters in Loudon, Tennessee, made Kool Kollars to send to the troops.  The Kool Kollars are a long piece of fabric sewn together and hold polymer beads. The Kollar is soaked in water and placed around the neck to help keep the body cool. The Kollar will stay cool as long as it is wet. These Kollars are reusable and all the soldier needs to do is soak in water before using. The instructions are being sent along with the Kollars, so the soldiers will know how to take care of them and reuse this item.  These are being sent to let the soldiers know TVCC Crafters support them and are thinking of them.
